Having been a food technologist for the past 35 years, it would be safe to say that food has been Steph's main preoccupations in life.
She has catered for all types of celebrations over the years, but teaching and family commitments have meant she was unable to extend this as much as she would have liked. However, with retirement looming she decided to do what has always been in the back of her mind, and that was to officially open a cottage style business which she could run from her own home.
Stephanie now has a permanent stall in Brecon Farmers market: she caters for Masonic Lodge dinners: has a daily delivery of cakes and gateau to a local shop; she prepares business lunches, Weddings and all types of celebrations – large or small.
Everything she makes is prepared by hand and she only uses only the best quality ingredients bought from her local butcher, greengrocer and milkman.

Sportuk.tv Ltd is a production company based in the west of England. Since February 2006 we have been webcasting top quality sports video action to a growing across the UK and around the world.
We are all experienced television professionals with years working for BBC, ITV, Sky etc. so we like to think we know what we are doing !
We have had a lot of help along the way and special mention must go to the British Milers Club, England Basketball, the RFUW, Jane Couch, the Bristol Sporting Club, the Barbury International Three Day event and many other event organisers and governing bodies of sport who have worked with us so far.
Our aim is to spotlight a wide range of sports and events which currently receive only minimal coverage on established television channels.
Our coverage gives sports governing bodies, clubs and advertisers a unique opportunity to reach players, supporters and other members of the public who are currently under-served by the broadcast media.
